Pulled up to Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery like a man on a mission… and let me tell you something important: you do NOT need to wait in that crazy line for the viral Supreme croissant. Nah. Skip the chaos, walk in like you own the place, and go straight for the pistachio Supreme. Bro… this thing is crisp and pillowy at the same time — like it’s confused but in the best way possible. The flavor hits you with toasted bread energy, tangy butter attitude, and that pistachio cream? Straight-up flavor bomb. Looks beautiful too — bronzed up like it spent the weekend in Ibiza, all those fine pastry layers looking like luxury wood grain. And because I’m a professional eater, I grabbed the spinach cheese quiche too… AMAZING. Light, savory, and classy enough to make me feel like I pay my taxes early. If we’re talking FOMO… this is the one. Don’t miss it.
